BikedayPro Garage Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") set out the relationship between you, the motorcycle garage (“Partner,” “you,” or “your”), and BikedayPro, a mobile application service provided by BIKEDAY LTD (“we,” “us,” “ProManager,” or “BikedayPro”). By signing up as a garage partner, you agree to comply with the terms outlined here.

2. Services Provided by BikedayPro

BikedayPro is a platform that connects motorcycle garages with motorcycle owners or riders in need of service bookings. Our platform allows you to:

  • Receive and manage service bookings from riders.
  • Track the progress of the service through the app.
  • Communicate with customers via the app.
  • Monitor your bookings, reviews, and business growth.

3. Garage Partner Responsibilities

As a garage partner, you agree to:

  • Maintain the quality and timeliness of all services booked through BikedayPro.
  • Accurately update the status of bookings in the app.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high standard of service.
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding motorcycle repairs and services.

4. Fees and Payments

  • ProPartner: If you sign up before our official launch, membership is £29.00. After launch, the annual fee will increase to £99.00.
  • No Monthly Fees: After paying the sign-up fee, there are no recurring monthly fees an
  • Transaction Fees: For every transaction processed on BikedayPro, a minimal processing fee of 1.5% + 20p will apply, which covers Stripe’s payment processing costs. 15% commission will be applied to all transactions. This commission fee includes Stripe’s processing fees.
  • ProPartner Plus: For £49.00 commission is reduced to 10% of the gross transaction value, and we will map up to 100 of your latest Google Reviews to your garage profile.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Use the ProManager app only for the purpose of receiving and managing service bookings for your garage.
  • Keep your account login details secure and confidential.
  • Update any information related to your garage (e.g., service offerings, pricing, etc.) as needed.
  • Allow BikedayPro to collect, store, and use your data in accordance with our privacy policy to improve the app’s performance and user experience.

6. Partner Conduct

As a BikedayPro garage partner, you agree to maintain the highest levels of professionalism. You must:

  • Provide accurate estimates for the cost and duration of services.
  • Treat all customers with respect.
  • Not engage in fraudulent or dishonest practices.
    Failure to comply with these conduct guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Booking Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Garage-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booking, you must do so within a reasonable timeframe via the app. Frequent cancellations may result in penalties or suspension of your account.
  • Customer No-Shows: If a customer fails to appear for a scheduled service, you must report it through the app. BikedayPro reserves the right to mediate any disputes regarding no-shows.

8. Customer Reviews and Ratings

Customers may leave reviews and ratings for services received at your garage. You understand and accept that customer reviews will be visible to other users and can impact your standing on the platform. You may respond to reviews, but you must do so respectfully and professionally.

9. Limitation of Liability

BikedayPro is a platform that facilitates bookings between garages and customers. We are not liable for any actions, disputes, or claims arising from the services provided by your garage, including but not limited to:

  • Damage to vehicles.
  • Injury to individuals.
  • Delays or incomplete services.
    You are solely responsible for the work performed and any customer claims related to your services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving notice. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the BikedayPro platform. BikedayPro also reserves the right to terminate your account if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

BikedayPro may update or modify these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
