How it works

2. GARAGE ACCEPTS BOOKING

You receive the booking request & you’re prompted to accept it. The user is then sent a confirmation notification.

4. GET PAID

Every week, your revenue from your bookings is totalled and sent directly to your business bank account.

1. RIDER REQUESTS SERVICE

Motorcycle riders use the BikedayPro app to find local garages and book service appointments.

3. JOB COMPLETION

Once you have completed the job, mark the booking as ‘Completed’ and the user will receive a notification letting them know that their bike is ready for collection.

5. USER REVIEWS

After the job is complete, users are prompted and incentivised to leave an in-app review. With great service, boost your garage reputation to gain more and more new customers.

ProManager is the accompanying mobile app for garages. It’s used to manage incoming bookings, communicate with customers, set garage hours, manage services and receive payments.

Create an unlimited number of categorised services in your catalogue at prices that you decide.

Offers & Discounts

Set up your discounts and promotions right from your services page. You can choose to add a discount by an amount (i.e. £10 off MOTs) or by percentage (i.e. 10% off MOTs) and the app will calculate this for you. Then decide the validity period of the offer; either ongoing or by start date to end date. You can also choose one ‘Primary Offer’. This offer will be the first thing that users see when they view your garage and acts as your lead magnet to attract new customers.

Quickly and easily respond with your comments and quote amount, then users will receive your quote directly to their inbox and shopping basket. All of your bookings are listed by date and then further categorised by status. We give you full control over which bookings you accept or decline.
